Current status information (Demon Status Line - 0800 027 0384)

   The configuration file upload was successful and restored service to the ATM switch. The latest version of the configuration has been remotely uploaded. Sevaral customers have confirmed service restoration. We continue to monitor.

   3rd line engineers are at site and continuing their investigations. Engineers are attempting to load configuration files on a failed switch, whilst looking at possible re-routing options. We regret any inconvenience caused.

   We are aware that some Leased Line, Dedicated Internet Access, SDSL & PADSL customers may be experiencing difficulties connecting to the Internet. Engineers are treating this as high priority and are working to restore service as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience caused.
